From the close of business today (Monday 23rd March 2020) WE WILL SUSPEND ALL FACE TO FACE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES. We are following the official advice issued by the UK Government and Public Health England regarding school closures and limiting all non-essential contact and travel. We are monitoring the changing situation daily.
We take the health and safety of our staff and families very seriously which means we are implementing these measures whilst being able to continue to provide some services remotely. We are not classed as essential workers under the government’s current guidance and as part of our decision making, we needed to consider the ethical impact of us continuing to provide face to face input. We have a duty to ensure the wellbeing of ourselves, our families, our staff and our clients.
Adhering to government guidelines is the best thing that we can all do right now, alongside helping our fellow neighbours in any way possible. We can offer support remotely via telephone call or email for staff in schools. For the wider community we have been offering support through local groups on line, and will continue to offer our advice and expertise to your families by email to me firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you require our help during this time or you are in need of advice and support just ask. We can call, Zoom, Skype or Facetime. We can send you activity packs, session plans or individual programmes for classes/ children.
On behalf of Alison, Jennifer and the team we sincerely thank you for your support and patience as we navigate this ever changing guidance.
We look forward to recommencing normal services as soon as the government advice allows.
